OBJECTIVES:

At the end of this course successful delegates will be able to: Demonstrate their knowledge as test assistants which is matched to the IRSE Licence.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Ideally the candidate would have attended a Basic Signalling Two.

Please note that we will provide you with a Course Certificate of Competency. However this is not a Signal Works Testing Certificate of Competency; this will have to be provided by your employer and you will be subject to the usual mentor-ship and IRSE licensing process.

• Track, Aspect and Point reporting and assistance
• Relays, lever locks and circuit controller identification and observation
• Strap and function testing
• Wire count and continuity testing
• Practical session and Assessments
